No. Keiretsu investors make their own independent investment decisions, but they may collaborate with other interested investors on due diligence and term-sheet discussions.

Since companies can seek funding across the Keiretsu network, investors may also work with members or subscribers from other chapters during diligence and syndication.

After a company presentation, interested investors indicate their interest through the Gold Sheets provided at each meeting.

Keiretsu chapter managers consolidate investor comments and interest levels, share relevant feedback with the entrepreneur, and connect interested investors for due diligence and term-sheet discussions.

Investor Access subscriptions are paid annually. Monthly payment options can be arranged by speaking with our Membership Director.

Subscribers collaborate mainly through due diligence and term-sheet discussions.

1. Due Diligence: A lead Keiretsu Subscriber is chosen to champion the due diligence effort along with other subscribers interested in a particular deal. This lead coordinates the other interested subscribers and delegates due diligence responsibilities following the Keiretsu Due Diligence Platform. The lead will ultimately consolidate the information into a final due diligence report. This report is then shared with all interested parties to inform their investment decision.

2. Term Sheet: Subscribers of the Due Diligence team negotiate favorable deal terms with the company seeking funds. This term sheet is then shared with all members considering investment.

Keiretsu investors generally invest individually and are not automatically part of a pooled fund or limited partnership.

However, investors commonly review one negotiated term sheet. The term sheet is generally negotiated by the investors leading the due diligence process, with input from other interested participants. In multi-chapter syndication, companies may arrive with a completed due diligence report and term sheet.

Keiretsu Forum meetings are held monthly.

The first and third Wednesdays are booked for Deal Screening, where 6-7 companies present their opportunities. Members then select the top 2–3 companies for the Forum meetings. In the week following Deal Screening, these selected companies present at eight Northwest and Rockies Chapter meetings in Vancouver BC, Bellevue, Seattle, Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City, Boulder, and Denver, with a remote broadcast to our virtual chapter and global audience.

Yes. If you are unable to attend a Forum meeting, the Keiretsu Forum team can send you a link to download the Forum booklet, which includes summaries of presenting companies and the Due Diligence kick-off call schedule.
