About Keiretsu Forum

Founded in 2000, Keiretsu Forum is the world’s largest angel investor network with 850 accredited investor members throughout 23 chapters on three continents, with the Spokane Chapter being launched in August 2012. Keiretsu Forum Members collaborate in the due diligence of presenting companies, but make individual investment decisions with over $265m invested in 285 companies to date. Keiretsu Forum's community is also strengthened through education on angel investing, as well as charitable giving.

About the Monthly Forum

Each month, our Forum features four start-up companies who have been carefully selected from our screening processes who deliver 25-minute presentations as well as an additional 2-3 past presenting companies with 7-minute updates. Companies vary in industry, each company is usually seeking funding in the range of $250K to $2 million, and Q & A sessions are part of each presentation. After all presentations, the presenters will leave the room and the remaining group of Keiretsu Investor Members will spend about 30 minutes discussing the pro's and con's of each company as well as potential issues to address in the due diligence process. At the end, presenting companies return to the room for a final short round of questions. Often it is very interesting to be in a room with many successful, insightful investors from such diverse backgrounds interacting with truly unique startup companies and their CEO's.
