Keiretsu Forum Members and special guests are invited to attend the Keiretsu Academy on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from Noon to 1:30pm at Helsell Fetterman in Seattle, just a few minutes after the Deal Screening. Lunch will be provided.

Phil Knudson (Senior Manager, Moss Adams) – "Preparing for 2015 Tax Changes: Year End Tax Planning for Individuals and Businesses"

This month, the Keiretsu Academy will feature Senior Manager Phil Knudson from our Gold Sponsor Moss Adams, giving insight and advice on tax law changes and year-end tax planning. Phil has been in public accounting since 2006 and is a member of the firm’s tax technical team. He provides tax consulting and compliance services, including compensation planning, business ownership transition plans, entity structuring, and tax planning for various issues surrounding individual and corporate taxes for closely-held businesses and their owners, high-net worth individuals and families, and executives.
