Special Case Study Presentation Highlighting the Pike Pine Corridor
This year Mark Craig from Henbart and Scott Shapiro from Eagle Rock Ventures will present a ‘Case Study’ that will highlight the Pike Pine Corridor. As President of Henbart, Mark Craig is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of real estate investments through acquisitions, financing, maintenance, leasing, capital improvement, and disposition practices. ERV has acquired or developed a variety of projects, including a 60-unit micro apartment project on Capitol Hill called ONEONE6, the redevelopment and operation of Hostelling International Seattle at the American Hotel, and the development of Melrose Market. Scott and Mark have graciously agreed to join us and will provide a unique opportunity to not only hear the story but gain critical insight into the future real estate opportunities that only these thought leaders can provide.
